EU businesses interested in the water sector and environment TPHCM

On 14/7, HO CHI MINH CITY branch, at the Chamber of Commerce and industry (VCCI), HO CHI MINH CITY in Vietnam in cooperation with EU trading program (EU Business Avenues) in Southeast Asia held the Conference “water and environment technology 2016”.

This is to support the activities of the business (DN) and small came from Europe to capture potential business opportunities in the region. In particular, this is one of the events in the EU trading program in ASEAN is the EU funding to promote long-term business cooperation in the ASEAN region in General and Vietnam in particular.

After a successful pilot implementation in Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam by 2015, the EU trading program in ASEAN are extended deployment on three new markets as Indonesia, the Philippines and Thailand.

Accordingly, the upcoming activities will focus on water and environmental technology, a field that offers great opportunities for companies to partner in ASEAN countries, provides the leading solution of Europe to solve the urgent problems that Asia is facing, there are shortages of clean water and environmental degradation.

Specifically, the project collecting systems and waste water West of Saigon in the basin of 2 with total investment expected to be nearly 50 million for waste water plants and 270.5 million for wastewater collection systems.
